Everybody chipped in for a great meal, thought my ducks were not quite in a row compared to last year. @ethan_danstrom did an amazing roast turkey and then went above and beyond and made stick from the carcass. He spent hours reducing the stock down into the most amazing gravy I have ever had. Thomas’s mashed potatoes were a “smash” and Max helped keep things healthy adjacent with some roasted Brussels with balsamic glaze. Marissa covered the sweat potatoes and Gabi/Teri supported efforts across the team. After dinner we just piled on with the Apple and Pumpkin pies that the girls made the day before. Tony taste tested the crusts as they cooled on the porch. #passed
